Could you check out the latest updates to our onboarding
process? I'm curious what you think about it.

Sure, let me take a look!
Okay, so I found a few improvements. First thing is once a user
signs up they are given a modal containing API keys which you
can only view once. Now, it is a problem the modal can be closed
by clicking on the background because some touchpads
accidentally click while moving the cursor around. So users may
lose these keys and get frustrated.

Ah, that makes sense.

When you display the API keys, maybe have a button so users can
download them into a text file. If they want to continue onto
the next step, make sure they have either downloaded the keys,
or clicked on the copy button for the textbox containing the API
keys.

So then users will have the keys somewhere, since they cannot
look at the API keys again through Stack.

Exactly
Also, after a user completes the onboarding process, they may
not sure what the next step is. You could have a closeable alert
on the dashboard which shows the commands for initializing Stack
in a new Nextjs project.
In fact, you could have a slider to toggle between "Starting a
new project" and "Integrate Stack with current project" so users
can choose the instructions they need.

That'll definitely help with the post onboarding process. Thanks
for checking this out.

Lucas has done an excellent job at reviewing our signup process and

He is awesome and easy to work with. Great QA work. He gave me
wireframes to improve my landing page, found a ton of UX improvements
for me to make in my app, and created tickets in Trello that were easy
to take action on.

You should expect a response within 1-2 business days. Typically we
can go back and forth for a little bit, but this gives me a bit of
leeway to give proper attention to helping everyone within the
channel. Note for broader/vague questions, I will split them up into
multipart answers, so you may have responses that last over multiple
days. E.g. I may need to wireframe a feature, describe how it works,
and explain how it behaves with respect to other features.
